Welcome to my weekly Zoom Talk + Meditation!
This online session consists of a 30 min talk about mindfulness concepts, including the meaning of triggers, how to align with your inner truth, and how to react less and thrive more. We conclude with a 30 min guided meditation to develop greater awareness of our thoughts and feelings. Being more at peace with ourselves helps us lead a more authentic life of ease and joy, and inspire others to do the same.
