There are many complex feelings that arise when it comes to forgiveness, but all of them can be released. In this Masterclass you have learned how to come out of your headspace, reconnect with your body, so you can observe and release stuck feelings and heal. No matter how difficult certain experiences in your life may feel, know that with a gradual, but persistent practice, you can unlock the permanent peace, health, and happiness that is at your core. Life would have it no other way. You are meant to heal.
To establish your daily practice, I recommend the following:
Start with five minutes of thought awareness in the morning, right after you wake up
After five minutes of thought awareness continue with five minutes of body awareness. This consists of scanning your body for sensations. These sensations could use anything… an itch, a tingling, a heavy heart, an unpleasant feeling in your stomach. Whatever it may be, remember it’s not important to know the cause of those sensations. The reality is that they are there, and giving these stuck feelings . Repeat the above process in the evening, right before going to bed.
But even if there is nothing obvious on your mind, scan your body for sensations anyway. Just like you remember more details once you sit down and start journaling, so does scanning your body for sensations reveal stuck feelings to your that you didn’t know were there.
If there is a recent event you feel triggered by and that you have difficulty letting go of, you can and should work on observing those sensations at any point of the day.
Start with ten minutes total, twice a day. Work your way up from there, whatever feels right and beneficial to you. You can’t really do too much of it. It’s simply a question of how compelled you are to release stuck feelings that have been bothering you.
